God has been teaching me how to find joy in waiting. Letting go of our children is a brave act of faith. Now I’m waiting for my child to come home after a year of working overseas in missions.

God reminds me that in all of our struggle to wait patiently, He is bringing forth something of value–the gritty, beautiful strong stuff of life.
Aghhhh….waiting is hard, and it seems we spend half our days waiting on something or someone. Waiting is uncomfortable, often filled with unanswered questions, frustrations, and uncertainties.
