I have learned that my secret is to remind myself that I don’t have to fake perfection. If my house is clean because I felt really good about cleaning and had a great day, then great! But I do not force myself to achieve a goal that I don’t have any desire in having. When I do that, I end up frustrating myself and my kids. Not worth it. 🙂
